Veggie Snacks and Dips

If you feel sort of “peckish” (Nanny word), these vegetarian snacks can fill you up the healthy way.  I’ve reduced or eliminated as much of the oil, cheese, and other not-so-good-for-you stuff as I could and replaced them with healthier options.

I like to use my homemade pita chips or cut up crunchy veggies like celery, carrots, and raw broccoli/cauliflower for dipping.
