These are so incredibly rich; they’re great for Christmas.
1 (18 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter 2 large eggs
1½ cup sugar 1 (9 oz.) bag Hershey Kisses

With a wooden spoon, stir peanut butter, sugar and eggs together in a medium sized bowl until thoroughly blended. Batter will be slightly sticky.
With floured hands, roll tablespoonfuls into 1¼ inch balls. Place ½ inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cookies look dry and tops begin to crackle. Remove from oven and immediately press a Kiss in the center of each cookie. Cool on baking sheets 1-2 minutes, then remove with spatula to wire racks to cool.
