Jodi’s “Mounds”

¼ lb. butter 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) can coconut 2 packages chocolate bark
1 (12 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Cream together butter and powdered sugar; add coconut, Eagle Brand milk, nuts and vanilla.

Chill about 3 hours. Form into small balls and chill again, about 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate bark in a double boiler over medium heat. Dip balls in chocolate to cover. Place on wax paper and cool.

This makes a bunch!
