Kahlua Cake

Chris Fournet gave this recipe to Daddy, and he used to make this all the time. Not one of the ingredients is even vaguely good for you (okay, maybe the almonds). But, it is soooo delicious.

1 German chocolate cake mix
4 Hershey bars with almonds
1 lg. container Cool Whip
½ cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Mix and bake cake according to package directions in 2 layers. Remove from pans and let cool. Mix the two puddings according to package directions. Set aside. Place one layer of the cake in a trifle bowl and sprinkle with ¼ cup of the Kahlua. Crumble 2 of the Hershey bars over the cake. Layer ½ of the vanilla pudding, ½ of the chocolate pudding, and ½ of the Cool Whip. Place second layer of cake, sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Kahlua and repeat layers.
