This is sweeter than regular hummus; it goes well with fruit or veggies. Delicious.
2 or 3 large oven-baked sweet potatoes 2 tsp. tahini paste
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained 4 tbsp. olive (or grape seed) oil
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar 1 to 2 tsp. agave syrup
2 tsp. orange juice
Add all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processer. Pulse until smooth. Serve with pita chips or vegetable/fruit slices.
