2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
½ red onion, diced
3 or more cloves garlic, chopped
dash salt
juice of 3 limes
¼ cup diced and seeded jalapenos
3 tsp. cilantro, chopped
Put everything in a blender or food processor and blend. Makes a bunch.
**Use fresh diced tomatoes (or tomatillos for a green sauce) in place of canned tomatoes.
