Home-Made Raspberry Vinaigrette

Every time I serve this I get raves! And it’s really simple.

¼ cup balsamic vinegar
3 tbsps. water
1 envelope Good Seasoning Italian Salad Dressing mix
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tspns. raspberry preserves

In a salad dressing cruet or glass jar with lid, pour vinegar and water; cover and shake. Add Italian Dressing mix; cover and shake. Add oil; cover and shake.

In a microwavable bowl, heat raspberry preserves until melted and liquid. Add to dressing mix; cover and shake until completely incorporated.

*Use different preserves or jellies for different flavors. It’s really great.
