Here’s an alcoholic version of shower punch. Serves about 30.
1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 (6 oz.) can undiluted frozen limeade, thawed
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 (33 oz.) ginger ale or 7-Up, chilled
2 cups rum
For ice ring: In a Bundt cake pan, arrange fruit pieces in bottom. Carefully fill with water and place in freezer overnight.
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Run hot water over the ice ring until it releases. Float ring in the punch bowl.
